  • All deposits paid to Ultimate Experience Abroad are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE,

  • Reservations must be made in the name as it appears on YOUR PASSPORT. 

  • Make your reservations today to lock in your rate as the price is subject to change without notice.

  • If you choose our payment plan option, monthly recurring payments are required to keep your reservation current. 

  • If you cannot go on the trip and have found a replacement, you or your replacement will be charged a $90 name change fee. 

  • Cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing. You can email your request to info@ueatravel.com and we will provide you with the information needed to file your claim if you purchased travel insurance that is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  • If you cancel your reservation, you must find a replacement and collect the money you've paid towards your trip from your replacement.

Additional Travel Information

  • LAND ONLY PACKAGE, You are responsible for booking your flight to arrive in Dubai (DXB) on August 31, 2024, and depart Dubai (DXB) on September 06, 2024. You are also responsible for your airport/hotel transfers, if you do not arrive or depart at the scheduled time for round-trip transfers.

  • Traveling abroad requires your passport to be valid for six months beyond your return date. For this trip, your passport should be valid until March 31, 2025.

  • We offer Roommate Matching upon request. 

  • Travel insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to cover your trip in the event of an unforeseen cancellation, delay or interruption.
