Additional Travel Information

  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are responsible for booking your flight to arrive in Denpasar (DPS) on Sept 7, 2019, and depart Denpasar (DPS) on Sept 13, 2019. You are also responsible for your airport/hotel transfers. 

  • Traveling abroad requires your passport to be valid for six months beyond your return date. For this trip, your passport should be valid until March 7, 2020.

  • We offer Roommate Matching if requested. 

  • Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of Ultimate Experience Abroad's Terms and Conditions.

  • All payments to CurlFriends Abroad/Ultimate Experience Abroad are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

  • Reservations must be made in the name as it APPEARS ON YOUR PASSPORT. 

  • Make your reservations today to lock in your rate as the price is subject to change without notice.

  • If you choose our payment plan option, monthly recurring payments are required to keep your reservation current. 

  • If you decide to cancel your trip and have found a replacement, you or your replacement will be charged a $90 name change fee. If you purchased the AIR/LAND Package, the name change can only be done before ticketing. We cannot accept any replacements after Jan 15th, 2019.

  • Cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing. You can email your request to info@curlfriendsabroad.com.

  • If you cancel your reservation, it is your responsibility to find a replacement and collect monies you've paid towards your trip from your replacement.
