If you decide to cancel your trip and have found a replacement, you or your replacement will be charged a $90 name change fee. If you purchased the AIR/LAND Package, the name change can only be done before ticketing. We cannot accept any replacements after Jan 15th, 2020.

Cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing. You can email your request to info@ueatravel.com before November 1st, 2019 to receive a full payment minus your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

If you cancel your reservation, after November 1st, 2019 it is your responsibility to find a replacement and collect monies you've paid towards your trip from your replacement.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are responsible for booking your flight to arrive in Dubai (DXB) on October 31, 2020, and depart Dubai (DXB) on November 07, 2020 at 2:55AM. You are also responsible for your airport/hotel transfers.

Traveling abroad requires your passport to be valid for six months beyond your return date. For this trip, your passport should be valid until April 1 2021.

Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.

Trip Itinerary are sent to members 6 - 8 weeks before departure date. This will allow any scheduling changes with airlines, transportation or tour operators to be confirmed before the group's departure. Please note, times are subject to change upon arrival, even after confirmation.

Trip Conference Call and Wheels Up Meet and Greets are scheduled 3 - 4 weeks before departure with only those traveling on the trip to go over the itinerary and answer any questions about the trip.
